Here at The Fountain Direct, we want to offer you the best prices online.

If you happen to find a lower price for the same product, we will guarantee to match their price or beat their price. Note, this does not apply to all products in the store. Please reach out to us via email or chat if you want a price match or price beat.

For the policy to apply, please send us a screenshot, link, or any other evidence of the product being priced lower than ours before making the purchase.

Price Match Policy Rules 

In order to get a price match or price beat for a product, the following instructions must be followed:

  • The price has to come from an Authorized Dealer of the brand

  • The price must come from an online store. The pricing cannot be from a physical store

  • It has to be a final price. The real amount you pay for it when you check out.

  • The price cannot be from an auction or discounter website (ex: Ebay or Amazon)

  • Once the price is beat, you are not allowed to apply any additional discounts

  • Other promotions and deals are not allowed

  • You must submit the price match before purchasing. Our team will work to get you the pricing that you need. 

  • Always check with our team if you have any questions; some brands don't allow this price match policy

  • If we have miss-listed a product's price, we are not obligated to honor that price. We have over 1000+ products, and it's very difficult to keep an accurate price on all items with always changing prices.

  • The price beat guarantee does not apply to competitor discounts that are offered over the phone, via email, or in any other private setting.

  • The product must be the exact same brand and model.

  • Only one price match request is allowed per order.
