In-Stock Items:
If your item is in stock, it will ship within 1–3 business days after we process your payment. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Delays:
If there is any delay outside of The Fountain Direct’s control such as when our suppliers notify us of manufacturing issues or increased seasonal demand—we will immediately inform you via email and SMS. Some of our products are handcrafted or made to order, which means longer lead times before shipping. Estimated production and delivery times are provided on each product page. Once your order ships, you’ll receive the same tracking email with real-time updates.
