In-Stock Items:
If your item is in stock, it will ship within 1–3 business days after we process your payment. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Made-to-Order Items:
Some of our products are handcrafted or made to order, which means longer lead times before shipping. Estimated production and delivery times are provided on each product page. Once your order ships, you’ll receive the same tracking email with real-time updates.
Tracking & Notifications:
To view your order status and estimated delivery date, go to My Orders. For real-time updates, click “Track Your Package.” You can even sign up for text alerts to stay informed every step of the way.
