Return and Refund Policy
You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unopened and remain in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and proof of purchase may be required upon request.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inform you of its status. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please be aware that a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
Returns are not accepted for items specifically labeled as Factory Second or Clearance Portable Sinks.
