Simplify your project design and installation with the RainFlo TST-600AGS, a complete open-top, stackable rainwater harvesting system designed for fast assembly, long-term durability, and space-saving performance. Ideal for both residential and light commercial use, this system arrives preconfigured so you can connect and start collecting rainwater with minimal effort.

All holes are pre-drilled, and components are installed in their optimal locations, including the rain gauge, overflow, and floating filter. Every component has been carefully selected and perfectly matched for optimal performance, ensuring a streamlined installation and efficient operation from day one.

The stackable design allows for easier transport and compact storage, making it a great choice for installers, builders, or customers working with limited space. Plus, collecting rainwater with this system reduces your dependence on municipal water, cuts down utility costs, and contributes to a more eco-friendly property footprint.

Installation Steps

	PLEASE NOTE: Additional 3” PVC parts to connect the leaf eater to the first flush and the first flush to the inlet are required, but not included.
	1. Tank assembly arrives wrapped. Additional system components are shipped inside tank.
	2. Once the pull wrap is removed, remove plastic screws holding lid in place. Additional screws are inside tank.
	3. Remove the tank lid and use the strings to remove boxed components from tank. Untie strings to release the tank level gauge and the floating extractor.
	4. The gray screen goes into the overflow that accepts schedule 40 PVC. To use 3” thin wall, install the adapter included in the box.
	5. Connect the pump to the fitting on the bottom, side of the tank.

PLEASE NOTE: Once the tank is plumbed, the tank will hold less than the max gallon storage capacity, as the overflow outlet is located below the top of the tank.

	600 Gallon Above Ground Vertical Open Top Stackable Storage Tank - The RainFlo 600 gallon above ground open top stackable water tank features a removeable top, and is available in black to provide additional protection from UV rays and reduce algae growth. Includes 18" screw top lid, up to 4" inlet. Tank Dimensions: 61" upper dia. x 49" lower dia. x 74" height (with lid)
	RainFlo 1/2 Horsepower External Pump - The most silent (65 dB) automatic multi-stage (4 impellers) pump in the world, with automatic pump control to supply water for household booster, rainwater and irrigation applications. Delivers up to 17.6 GPM and 34 PSI (max).
	The Black Polyslab Pump Cover - protects your pump. Heavy-duty, each cover includes a matching base to keep the pump off the ground and shelter from the elements. This will help prolong the lifespan of the pump as well as hide the pump from on-lookers.
	1 Inch Stainless Steel Floating Filter- The floating extractor consists of an air-filled ball which suspends the floating inlet filter 4" below the water's surface where the cleanest and most oxygenated water resides. An important component for any irrigation application.
	3 Inch Rain Harvesting Tank Overflow Outlet Kit- Rain Harvesting 3" Overflow Outlet Kit with Mozzie Stoppa screen blocks mosquitoes and adds almost 5" of water to the tank before overflowing.
	3 Inch Rain Harvesting Leaf Eater Advanced- The single screen incorporates Clean Shield™ technology which deflects leaves and debris away from the flow of water. This minimizes maintenance and enhances catchment efficiency.
	3 Inch Rain Harvesting First Flush Diverter- Instead of contaminants flowing to the water tank, pollutants are diverted with the initial flow of water into the chamber of the water diverter.
	Rain Harvesting Tank Gauge- a water level indicator that is simple and easy to install. Suitable for all vented tanks up to 100" in height. Features an easy-to-read display dial and utilizes a weight float, suspended on a string line to provide instant, accurate readings.
	Pump Connection Hardware Kit - Fittings, suction hose and adapters you need to connect the pump to the tank. Just connect the pump to your irrigation system or a garden hose and you're ready to go!

When ordering this item or package, it is important to note the following about the freight delivery process; it is to be shipped via LTL (Less than Truckload) freight, with a call ahead, to schedule an appointment date and time that works best to accept the shipment. When the freight arrives at the nearest terminal to the delivery location, the freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment for the next few business days, during normal business hours. Please be sure to include the best contact to setup and receive this delivery, as well as the phone number when ordering. Lift-gate service is available for an extra fee. Cannot ship outside of the contiguous United States without prior approval from RainHarvest Systems.

Not with the standard setup. However, if you need potable water, we can offer an additional filtration and disinfection system to make the rainwater safe for drinking. Let us know your needs, and we’ll guide you through the right upgrade.

How do I know what tank size I need for my home or garden?

A simple way to estimate the right tank size is by calculating how much rainwater your roof can collect. Multiply your roof’s surface area (in square feet) by your average annual rainfall (in inches), then multiply by 0.62, this gives you the total gallons you could collect in a year. For example, a 1,000 sq ft roof with 30 inches of rainfall can collect around 18,600 gallons annually. From there, we can help you choose the right tank size based on your water use and how much storage you want on hand, whether you're using it for irrigation, home use like toilets or laundry, or even potable water with the proper filtration upgrades.

Can I connect this to my irrigation system?

Yes, absolutely. Our complete rainwater harvesting systems are perfect for irrigation. You can easily connect the system to drip lines, sprinkler systems, or garden hoses to water lawns, landscaping, or vegetable gardens using filtered rainwater. It's an efficient and eco-friendly way to reduce your utility bills.

Can I expand the system later if I need more water capacity?

What if it doesn’t rain enough in my area?
