System Features
450 Gallon RainFlo Closed Top Water TankĀ -Ā The RainFlo multi-ribbed above ground storage tanks are constructed of a linear polyethylene making them rugged and durable. The tanks have a storage capacity of 450 gallons and feature a flip top lid for easy access. The tanks are black to provide protection from UV rays and prevent algae growth.Ā Tank Dimensions: 46" Diameter x 69" Height.
RainFlo 1/2 Horsepower External PumpĀ - The most silent (65 dB) automatic multi-stage (4 impellers) pump in the world, with automatic pump control to supply water for household booster, rainwater and irrigation applications. Delivers up to 17.6 GPM and 34 PSI (max).
The GreenĀ Polyslab Pump CoverĀ - protects your pump. Heavy-duty, each cover includes a matching base to keep the pump off the ground and shelter from the elements. This will help prolong the lifespan of the pump as well as hide the pump from on-lookers.
1 Inch Stainless Steel Floating Filter- The floating extractor consists of an air-filled ball which suspends the floating inlet filter 4" below the water's surface where the cleanest and most oxygenated water resides. An important component for any irrigation application.
3 Inch Rain Harvesting Tank Overflow Outlet Kit- Rain Harvesting 3" Overflow Outlet Kit with Mozzie Stoppa screen blocks mosquitoes and adds almost 5" of water to the tank before overflowing.
3 Inch Rain Harvesting Leaf Eater Advanced- The single screen incorporates Clean Shield⢠technology which deflects leaves and debris away from the flow of water. This minimizes maintenance and enhances catchment efficiency.
3 Inch Rain Harvesting First Flush Diverter- Instead of contaminants flowing to the water tank, pollutants are diverted with the initial flow of water into the chamber of the water diverter.
Rain Harvesting Tank Gauge- a water level indicator that is simple and easy to install. Suitable for all vented tanks up to 100" in height. Features an easy-to-read display dial and utilizes a weight float, suspended on a string line to provide instant, accurate readings.
Pump Connection Hardware KitĀ - Fittings, suction hose and adapters you need to connect the pump to the tank. Just connect the pump to your irrigation system or a garden hose and you're ready to go!

Not with the standard setup. However, if you need potable water, we can offer an additional filtration and disinfection system to make the rainwater safe for drinking. Let us know your needs, and weāll guide you through the right upgrade.
Does the system include everything I need to get started?
Yes, it comes complete with the tank, pump, filter, controller, fittings, and all core components needed for a turnkey setup.
Can I use this system for indoor plumbing, like toilets or laundry?
Yes, the system is fully compatible with indoor non-potable uses like toilet flushing and laundry when installed with the proper connections.
How do I know what tank size I need for my home or garden?
A simple way to estimate the right tank size is by calculating how much rainwater your roof can collect. Multiply your roofās surface area (in square feet) by your average annual rainfall (in inches), then multiply by 0.62, this gives you the total gallons you could collect in a year. For example, a 1,000 sq ft roof with 30 inches of rainfall can collect around 18,600 gallons annually. From there, we can help you choose the right tank size based on your water use and how much storage you want on hand, whether you're using it for irrigation, home use like toilets or laundry, or even potable water with the proper filtration upgrades.
Can I connect this to my irrigation system?
Yes, absolutely. Our complete rainwater harvesting systems are perfect for irrigation. You can easily connect the system to drip lines, sprinkler systems, or garden hoses to water lawns, landscaping, or vegetable gardens using filtered rainwater. It's an efficient and eco-friendly way to reduce your utility bills.
Can I expand the system later if I need more water capacity?
Absolutely. The system is modular, so you can add additional tanks, pumps, or components in the future.
What if it doesnāt rain enough in my area?
The system is efficient even in low rainfall zones, especially with a large roof area. You can also connect a backup water supply if needed.
Iāve never used a rainwater system before. Will I know how to manage it?
Yes. Once installed, the system is largely automatic. It includes a self-cleaning filter, automatic controller, and minimal maintenance requirements.
Is this system difficult to install?
We recommend professional installation through contractors or companies that specialize in rainwater system setups. However, the system comes with all core components and documentation to make the process smooth for any confident, skilled homeowner.
